Hello neighbours in East Chesterton! We've got some news from Lynfield Lane regarding a planning application for some tree work. It looks like there are plans to trim back an oak tree at number 12, with some adjustments also planned for the tree overhanging number 14.
T1 - OAK - provide building clearance and lessen canopy overhang to No. 12 Lynfield Lane and lessen canopy overhang to No. 14 Lynfield Lane by following branch reductions. All branches are approximately 12 to 14ms long so will be left at finished lengths of 10ms to 12ms. Prune to clear No. 12 by 1.5ms by tip end reduction of secondary branches and reduce secondary branches on primary limb directly overhanging house roof by 2ms to lessen canopy overhang - see photo 2, Prune limb growing towards No. 14 Lynfield Lane by reduction of regrowth from previous reduction of 2ms, limb direct above house roof of No. 12 reduce by 2ms, all to lessen canopy overhang to No. 14 Lynfield Lane.
